TerraRoam is a travel-eSIM brand run by a direct-to-consumer e-commerce team based in Brazil. We already operate our own consumer brand and sell on marketplaces in Brazil and internationally, which is where the boring but essential parts of this business come from: paid acquisition that works, customer support that answers, and payment processing in the currencies our customers actually use.

Why we started it

Every trip started the same way: a queue for a SIM card at the airport, a passport photocopy, a form, and a data plan that stopped working at the first border. Global eSIM brands solved the technology but not the experience for our region: interfaces in English only, card-only checkout, support in a time zone that is asleep when you land. TerraRoam is the same local networks and the same instant QR delivery, with a Portuguese and Spanish interface, PIX and local cards, and a human on WhatsApp.

What we sell

Prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for 130+ countries, with Latin America first: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay and a regional plan that crosses borders. Connectivity is delivered through licensed mobile network operators and eSIM platform partners; TerraRoam is the retailer and your single point of contact for the order, the installation and any refund.

How we work

• Prices you can compare. USD with taxes included, per-day cost shown on every plan, no hidden activation fee.
• Refunds written down. The refund policy says exactly when you get your money back. Uninstalled plans within 30 days: always.
• Support that is a person. English, Portuguese and Spanish, WhatsApp and email, median first reply under five minutes during support hours.
• Your data stays yours. No tracking cookies, no data sales. Details in the privacy policy.
